Warranty and complaints
Soed Idee does its utmost to deliver you the best result and to pack your order carefully for you. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this within two months after discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, I will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
COMPLAINTS
Of course we hope that everything is to your liking when you receive your order, but it can always happen that something is not quite as planned. If you are not satisfied with your order, we would like to ask you to make this known by emailing atelier @ soedidee.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
